Mechatronics for Outreach, Haptics, Agriculture, and Living Applications
The Mohala Lab at the University of California, Los Angeles, investigates how we can design haptics and robotics systems to improve health and daily life. We focus on the intersection between haptics, soft robotics, and the community, emphasizing projects that bring humans and robots closer together to accomplish everyday tasks. We seek to work closely with the community to improve healthcare, the environment, and education. The Mohala Lab, directed by Assistant Professor Kyle Yoshida, is housed in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department.Â
