PhD Students - We are looking for PhD students during the Fall 2024 application cycle. Please apply to the University of California at Los Angeles Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering PhD Program by December 1. If you are on financial aid or have participated in select diversity programs, see UCLA Graduate Education's fee waiver information. Due to a high email volume, Dr. Yoshida will likely be unable to respond to PhD student inquiries. 

High School, Undergraduates, & Masters Students - We are always looking for hard-working, innovative students to regularly work in our lab. Please email us your resume/CV, transcript, and 2-3 sentences sharing your interest in working with the lab.

We highly encourage all students to seek fellowships, scholarships, and other summer programs to participate in research with the lab. If you are an undergraduate, please apply to the NSF GRFP in the fall of your senior year, and please reach out to our lab to share your interests.
